Route Map for Sustainable Health

The Route Map is a collaborative effort across the NHS and its partners to describe a sustainable health system and the components that are needed to achieve it.

The Route Map is a framework for action to develop a sustainable health system. It identifies the areas that require progress in order to save money and resources, improve health and make changes future proof.

Above all, it forms the basis for highlighting opportunities and coordinating action across 6 key strands so sustainable healthcare can be implemented at a local, regional, national and international level.
