Ref; The provision of a new Cancer Centre. The scheme is circa 32,300 m2.

The Velindre University NHS Trust, in South Wales, are about to embark on the next stage of their tendering exercise, Competitive Dialogue, after completing the Reference Design and in the process of readying documents for OJEU for the provision of a new Cancer Centre.

The Trust are seeking various elements of support (Architects / Designers and Engineering with design acumen) to take us through the next stages, to audit their current design principles and to work alongside the Trust during the Competitive Dialogue process to provide advice and assistance in assessing the potential bidders submissions.

The Trust would like to bring to your attention the tenders we will be issuing in the very near future. If anyone would like to be considered or would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact Stephen Gardiner (stephen.gardiner@wales.nhs.uk) who can inform you of the tendering process.

There will be various levels of support that may be applicable to your involvement, however I would stipulate any firms or members seeking to be bidding the main works must declare this and exclude themselves from this tendering process.
