We are pleased to distribute to members the Second Future Standards Working Group Digest outlining the current state of progress on the programme for the issue of new and/or revised HBNs and HTMs. You will note that some documents are delayed by a few months.
There has recently been a series of meetings held by a smaller sub group to look at the prioritisation for the issue of new documents, and the programme has been updated from the original which was set way back in 2018. Due to new pressures placed upon the process of health building design (Covid, Grenfell, New Hospital Programme etc) there has been a complete review of the weightings given to each of the top 20 Building Notes and Technical Memoranda and the order for issue has been revised.
